Twenty years building original television that didn't have a playbook yet. Created formats from scratch for NBC, Discovery, MAX, and Magnolia. Every show required designing a production system that didn't exist, leading a team through genuine creative uncertainty, and delivering something repeatable at the end. That is the work I am looking to bring into a larger creative organization.
More about me →"The underlying logic of production doesn't change when the tools change. Whether managing a large-scale live broadcast pipeline or building a workflow for a format that has never been made before, the producer's job is the same: build the system, insulate the creatives, and protect the delivery schedule."
Innovation should never break the baseline schedule. I keep 70% of any pipeline anchored in proven infrastructure and reserve 30% as a dedicated sandbox for experimental tool integration. New tools earn their place by surviving a sprint, not by promise.
Generative workflows do not reduce the need for production management. They multiply it. As asset generation accelerates, the producer's value shifts from managing raw volume to enforcing a disciplined editorial and curatorial filter. That judgment is not automatable.
The gap between a director's creative intent and a technically executable brief is where productions break down. I close that gap. Abstract creative notes become structured parameters that technical teams can execute without friction and without losing the original vision.
Every pipeline I build gets written down. What worked, what failed, what the workaround was, and what changes before the next cycle. A workflow that only exists in one person's head is not a workflow. It is a liability.
